Captain Dave Lecian is the owner and operator of Burrard Inlet Tours and has 30 years of marine experience in Burrard Inlet and the waters around Vancouver, BC. Transport Canada approved and Marine First Aid certified, in addition to his rich knowledge of the area, you can rest assured that your safety and enjoyment will be guaranteed with Captain Dave!
